Frontend - Create drag-and-drop functionality #3

This front-end page should show all of our available "modules" for the pipeline (4 services + 1 ISM control 'block')

The user should be able to drag and drop (or click and add) icons in the order that they wish the pipeline to be run in (CodeDeploy must be put last as a requirement)
