Clean up transition code

• [ ] Move each transition into individual functions.
• [ ] Move the if statement checking for clearType into a separate function, as it does something completely different from the rest of the code.
• [ ] Create a struct that can hold the ID of a transition, a string representation of that transition, and the pointer to that transition function.
• [ ] Create an array of the transition structs for each transition.
• [ ] Instead of using an if statement tower to run each transition, call the transition function of index animType in the struct array.
