tb96-ai: Downloading prebuilt images and tools requires microsoft login #819

These images and tools should be hosted in an easy to access environment where downloading would require no login access.

FWIW, if the files come from someone other than Linaro, we should be pointing at the original download sources. Hosting files on OneDrive gives no reassurance to our customers as to the validity of the content.
