Documentation Revamp! "Prettify" the permalinks! #844

Hi all, I thought I'd have a go at submitting a PR to "prettify" our permalinks from .md.html to a cleaner trailing slash alternative. I ran this script over the documentation repo and found and replaced all .md.html links with the trailing slash versions. This will probably fail due to broken links in the website repo (PR for those fixes is here).

Once the team has approved these changes/updates I can merge this and the website PR to fix broken links.

I'm tracking this in JIRA now. I'll to revisit once other tasks have been completed :)
