Poplar weston support #193

Adds support for Weston running with Poplar fbdev backend. rpb-weston-image now boots to a desktop. Can these Poplar commits also be backported onto Morty?

Kind of nitpick. The commit is named "weston_1.%.bbappend: Add compositor-fbdev workaround for Poplar." (which would be the right name for morty rather than master), but it adds the patch to weston_3.%.bbappend (which is the right thing for the master branch).

Good point I forgot to update commit message when I rebased to master

I meant to mention in OE dev call. Can we merge this now now?
