Added Hikey970 support for master #274

I've added the conf, bsp and the kernel recipes for Hikey970 for master branch.

Hello all,

Thank you very much @nishantpoorswani for this contribution! As an Hikey 970 user, I plan to use this set of recipes to build and customize the BSP. Just for my knowledge, are there any blockers that prevent this PR to be merged in master?

Hi @Charly-D not that I'm aware of. This built fine when I made the PR.
