Update Juno's U-boot (and ATF), sync with other branches #297

Rocko, Sumo, Thud and master all share the same configuration for Juno's U-boot (and ATF). It's probably a good idea to make Morty use the same versions of those two packages as the other branches.

Please note that this is a request for review. All commits are already in newer branches (including master), so more than merging this pull-requests, I believe those commits should be pushed directly.

Andrey Konovalov reports that they have no problem with Morty and Juno (for they don't use that board).

On second thought, pushing the commits directly or merging the pull-request are both good options.
