mesa-lima: remove as lima now merged to mesa #335

lima gallium driver is now merged to mesa, so no need for this separate recipe. Also lima drm driver is merged to the kernel.

Also this is currently causing parse errors on zeus builds for any platform including meta-96boards https://ci.linaro.org/view/reference-platform/job/rpb-openembedded-zeus/DISTRO=rpb-wayland,MACHINE=dragonboard-410c,label=docker-stretch-amd64/lastBuild/console
