Update oe-rpb-manifest to latest meta-qcom changes #178

Point default.xml to the yocoto project. Once done this repo is still good to produce a useful image.

Also update the example so that MACHINE is valid again.

I have applied the second patch. For the first patch I'd like to first make sure that yoctoproject repo is timely updated. Could you please rebase your pull request?

Do you mean you want to see how the yoctoproject repo goes over time ?
