rasp: add ip address characteristic to read ip address of device
mobile: add button to read device ip address in the settings screen
rasp: add function to check if string is a valid ip address
mobile: fix logic while checking if ip address

this allows reading the local ip address of the device from the mobile app so that ssh can be done more easily
