SVT Viewer improvements #58

Fixed a number of problems with original viewer:

  1. Proper timezone offset
  2. Crash when more than 1 outside temperature sensors are used
  3. Crash when the heater data are not available (in the summer, for example)
  4. Display average temperature instead of first temperature sensor. Fixes the case of multiple inside temperature sensors
