Add support for ASE (Adobe Swatch Exchange) export

If you're interested, this fork adds support for exporting ASE (Adobe Swatch Exchange) files using the -a flag. These files can be opened in Adobe CS2+ software and seems to be supported fairly widely as a swatch library format elsewhere.

Cool. I've been testing using Adobe CS5. From what I've read it appears they should be compatible from CS2 and on.
