Im getting this error when running the script in my project.

In this particular case, the project directory mentioned in the script happens to have spaces in it causing the issue.

PROJECT_DIR=C:\Project Repos\MS\UserManagementService\src

To fix this moving the project to a folder without space, or taking necessary to efforts fix the characters escaping due to the space can solve the issue. More info here.
