This file explains how a participant should do things like format code, test fixes, and submit patches.

@AMFIRNAS Thanks a lot for this. This is a good guide, however I believe contributions guide should be repo specific. So if you can customize this guide, I can go ahead and merge this.

@AMFIRNAS You have to update the documentation as well. This is a generic guide. What we need is more of a how to contribute to this repository guide.
