Add unit and e2e test coverage

• Add coverage generation and reporting to codacy
• Covered with unit tests all testable functions
• Create simple end-to-end flow for interaction with the whole app
• Fix JSON parsing error

To run tests you should provide USER_NAME and USER_PASS environment variables with GitHub test account data.
