How do I read that document ? Is competition 0.1 or 0.9 good ? Should we work on keywords with high or low competition first ?

Competition refers to the competition scale of a particular keyword from 0 to 1. Closer the number to 0 means lesser is the competition level and closer the number to 1 means the level of competition is high.

We should start with low competition keywords first.
