feat(pcr0tool): SHA256 bruteforcer for TPMEventLog #348

Previously the TPM EventLog was hardcoded to SHA1, but it was fixed in https://github.com/9elements/converged-security-suite/pull/338. Just updating pcr0tool sum to enable the support of this.
