rust/rls support #36

As anyone been able to make it work with rls? I am not giving any details as I am running acme-lsp and rls in a very strange way (using my https://github.com/perpen/lx), but I would like to know if the problem is due to my unorthodox setup, or to some incompatibility between acme-lsp and rls.

I found about the RootDir option by looking at the code, and rls works fine if I use this to point to my code root.
