Bug: Sam: Sam uses sh as shell #684

Expected behavior

Sam must use rc by default, similarly to Acme.

Unexpected behavior

It uses sh.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Open Sam and run <echo $0. On my machine, it prints "sh".
