Team's Response

As the user guide mentions that the clear command should be in all caps, we believe that the user's ability to use the application is not affected.

A possible update to the application would be to prompt the user to use CLEAR when clear is entered, however.

Reason for disagreement: As a new user, that is the first command I see, it is not very likely that I will read through the whole document to figure out if it is wrong or right. (Do you -as a very first time IKEA furniture user; read through the entire IKEA manual before building the object to ensure you are using the correct screw that happened to be labeled wrongly in the first page it appears?)

As such this causes a minor inconvenience only. And is unlikely to affect normal operations of the product. And it affects the usage (i.e. not cosmetic) from the new user's point of view.
