How to disable the comment in newly created page such as About me #21

I builded a about me page.I want disable the comment in this page for which
it will be more seen specifically.I doubt if i can make a new template for
the new page,or get a functionality liked the wordpress which can be used
to turn on/off the comment in a page or a post.

Yes ,you can do that .Like my blog,I can control one article can be added a 
comment 
or not.
