Update sinon chrome to actual version #4

Sinon chrome current version is 2.2.1, but this package use 1.2.

I thing i should be updated https://www.npmjs.com/package/sinon-chrome.

My just-created fork ( https://github.com/arantius/karma-sinon-chrome ) is up to date. I did:

$ npm install --dev arantius/karma-sinon-chrome

And was using that version, with newer sinon-chrome.

@9joneg Is this repository still maintained? Would you consider transferring ownership of the NPM package?
