Add an option in the admin panel underneath users to delete all threads from a user. This is useful to delete threads in bulk while also banning them after they post spam en masse.

Right now JabbR only does account banning. We should implement chatroom banning and chatroom admins, as well as a "ban count" that will ban an account if they've been banned from too many chatrooms.
