旋风离线网页版http://lixian.qq.com/main.html从一年前就开始限速，下载从来不超过300kb/s
所以从一年前就开始用webqq的旋风离线，http://web2.qq.com/webqq.html登录然后添加QQ旋风离线应用，一直满速。但最近和网页版一样无法在浏览器上正常使用了。
