Hanging in the launcher when vkBasalt is on. Tested on Wine-Staging and PortProton.

Does not work in Steam games on versions above 5.13, including ProtonGE. Works from 3 to 5.0.10. There is no problem when using PortProton. There is no problem with Vulkan games either.

I tried many vulkan games by starting them from steam via "MANGOHUD=1 %command%" and also non steam games,but it just doesn't work.
