### What problem does this feature solve?
iView的Dropdown下拉菜单的下拉动画总给人一种延迟感很严重的感觉。在需要下拉菜单展现出更多操作时候，以hover 触发为例，鼠标进入时候，明显有延迟后再启动下拉展示动画，而且下拉动画完成所花费的时间感觉较长。
