在 SSE 流式输出的过程中，上滑查看历史聊天记录会自动回到底部（即无法上滑查看历史聊天记录）
### 📷 复现步骤
1. 设置流式输出
2. 输入问题添加记录至需滚动查看历史聊天记录的程度
3. 再次输入问题并等待响应
4. 在响应流式输出过程中上滑查看聊天历史记录
5. bug 出现，无法查看历史聊天记录
