### What problem does this feature solve?
用户部分用户对于某些数据一上来可能会先关注降序，有些关注升序，但是目前点击排序是固定的顺序，先下后上。
### What does the proposed API look like?
可以通过点击箭头增加一个参数，知道点击的是上箭头还是下箭头。
