It would be nice to have an automated check that a pull request includes a new changelog entry.
I keep being surprised that this isn't here already.

When wanting to try out unreleased stuff it would be nice to have a github cicd that pushes to clojars.

When using the script with [keep-a-changelog](https://github.com/olivierlacan/keep-a-changelog), the links are generated wrong.
The links render fine:
