看起来是画面高度的不断的变化，一开始以为是画面全屏的原因，但是好像任意宽高画面都是抖动，部分安卓没这现象
出现问题的设备是安卓9.0
以下是播放器的设置，根据作者上次说明修改，加上使用计时器一起控制渲染，现在安卓rtsp的延迟相比之前已经很低了，
