How you customize/alter a coordinate format is the same for Pro and ArcMap addin's so the same content should be used for both the Pro addin .pdf and the ArcMap addin .pdf.

According to the following help topic, ArcMap ignores the case for hemisphere designators (N,S,E,W, n,s,e,w), however, the Coordinate Convert addin is case senstive.
