有些api链接比较怪，不用v1，甚至还有复杂的前缀，不能直接通过openai库调用。
但api调用输入输出格式都基本符合openai的标准，因此用httpx的post功能手动以rest api形式提供对任意类openai api的支持。
无需oneapi，且oneapi有时也无法处理不用v1的的上游api链接。
