**What did you do?**
在【应用商店】部署 ElasticSearch 7时，如果在点击 “部署”没有注意当前页面的 charts 版本时。应用的部署表单会拉取应用“当前版本”的 charts 文件进行表单渲染和填充。
这将影响当应用出现多个版本，且存在 values 变更时，会造成下发 values 文件与期望部署的版本不一致，且带来超过预期的渲染错误。
