## 1.问题描述
在已有宝塔面板的机器上安装vasma，安装完毕后，发现无法正常翻墙。同时宝塔上的网站打不开了。需要重启系统才能一切恢复正常。
怀疑是因为装好后没有重启nginx导致的。
