CHD有些种子上架，不会标记免费，插件扫描到后，就会remember-rej，
实际这些种子是上架几分钟后，或者一小段时间后，才会被 种子发布者再标记FREE，
这时因为已经remember-rej，插件就会跳过这些免费种，造成错过并误判免费种。
