RuntimeError: no validator found for , see `arbitrary_types_allowed` in Config

By default there is no config file. Can it be added at install time?
I had to do the following to make it work:
`mkdir ~/.config/gerbera ; gerbera --create-config > ~/.config/gerbera/config.xml`

so installed via the mod manager AND copy pasta'd the .dll into the plugins of BepIn, ran the game, loaded a save, and quit. Looking through the files i cannot locate the " config" file…
