In "gallery" or "image" mode, NSFW pictures always show even if the NSFW moderation is set to "hide" or warn".
This does not happen in regular "text" mode.

When scanning for new models, the plugin skips all NSFW thumbnails. There is no checkbox to allow NSFW thumbnails to be downloaded anymore.
