Bitmap to ASCII Text Image Conversion | Not Started

I own a Japan version Maxxum 7D, α-7 Digital.
Darktable could not load the `.MRW` files of this camera.
I tried add `ALPHA-7 DIGITAL`, and it works.

We have I/O tests for writing out an ASCII (not FITS) image which skip for crates. We can actually write out an ASCII image with crates if we use '[opt kernel=text/dtf]', rather than the commented-out…
