开启tun模式，正常运行一段时间后，所有proxyping均error，并且浏览器无法上网。退出tun模式再ping还是error，浏览器无法上网。退出clash，浏览器还是无法上网，但是可以ping通网关和内网。用手机开热点使用无线网卡，浏览器可以上网，并且tun模式下所有proxy的ping值回复正常
