Make sure that all holograms are stored according to their positions in the database, since there are plugins that interact with entities and remove holograms.

Sometimes holograms from cmi get mixed up with one another, this effects all versions from version 9.0.0.2, so whatever was changed in the update after that likely was the cause of this issue.
