I notice that you're updating your repo's with latest kexts, etc. Can you take a look at VoodooI2C for the touchpad? This should enable gestures for the trackpad.

For Ubuntu the tomcat-users.xml file is in /etc/tomcat7 I'll send another pull request that has the correction for ubunu, but I don't have a redhat install right now to see if they're the same.
