What to do to setup customizable prefix? for both the !st2 and !st2help part.
I am hoping to customize this so we can use the same bot for different environment

It appears that despite the bot being in multiple rooms the webhook only sends direct messages.

RawGit - used in [README.md](README.md) - is sunsetting in October 2019; should be replaced with something else, ie jsdelivr; use https://www.jsdelivr.com/rawgit for an easy migration.
