现在默认使用去不图床，可以增加一个配置项，使用自定义图床吗

SMMS图床绑定成功后，实际转换图床或插入图片时显示“上传失败”，链接不变。SMMS v2绑定时显示“测试图片上传失败”，无法绑定使用。望排查，谢谢。
另外刚开始用，请问下绑定的印象笔记导出为md文件时只有文本，没有图片附件，这是正常的吗？或者如何解决呢？非常感谢。

非常有用的工具！
作者您好，我按说明运行，总是如下报错提示。用的Mac系统，config文件是按说明里的例子填的。我换用自己的账号也是一样的错误。通过VPN更换了ip也不行。请问有可能是什么原因吗？
