最近のVivliostyle更新を反映したサイト見直しが必要です。
とくにCLIのpreviewコマンドでViewerが使われることになったことにより、ViewerをローカルWebサーバーで使う必要性はあまりなくなり、ローカルでCSS組版結果を確認・閲覧したい用途には、CLIを使ってもらう方がよいだろうと思います。
