PVCs are olny deleted, when something goes wrong (error/cancellation). Otherwise they are not deleted, which is IMHO an error.

需要时间倒序排列，最新状态需要醒目显示，如其他状态描述为灰色，最新状态描述为黑色，
用户提交问题支付成功后，先进入如上平台受理等待界面，然后再跳转到受理成功界面。
等待时间目前随机控制在10秒内，且该界面没有退出返回等按钮。
时间到后跳转到受理成功界面。
