It will by nice to have adidtional options for the volume of speech
It may be offset +/- of main volume which we can easily change via buttons, web or mpd clients.

This should default to the media stream as Riot.im uses the media stream for audio in call.
To test, place a call and then attempt to adjust volume with volume buttons.
