Unless I'm mistaken, these files need to be bundled into a .tmbundle in order to be used in TextMate 2. Are there any plans to make this available?

Symbols and quoted symbols have different syntax colouring in Textmate. Is this normal behaviour? I didn't see the same issue in vim.
e.g. :symbol v.s. :"symbol"
