Spritebatch seems to be drawing/measuring letters that are 1 pixel in width incorrectly.

A sample on how to use Audio (Effect and/or Music) with the Toolkit is a major missing piece of the puzzle.

It would be useful to see a sample demonstrating how to extend/override SharpDXTK's content pipeline.
If someone can provide a basic flow and key projects/code, I can give this a shot myself.
