현재 1.6.3 버전을 테스트중인데 packing 단계에서 Notice로 가면 default와 simple은 모두 다운로드가 되는데 SPDX 관련 모든 파일들은 다운로드가 안됩니다.
에러는 아래와 동일하구요.
실제 디렉토리에 가보면 SPDXRdf_2.2.2.xls는 없네요.
