I'd like to make a PR for adding `sqlalchemy` namespace as `sa` to `flask shell`, what do you think?

I tried to give powa-web a try today, unfortunately it would not run with the specified sqlalchemy versions (`>0.9.8`).
Closest bounds I could find are:
